Registration
- Account Information: When signing up, you must provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your account details.
Payment
- Payment Methods: Payments for services provided by Zinokart Pvt. Ltd. must be made through the app or website. You agree to pay all charges associated with using our services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Service Availability: The Zinokart app and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
Limitation of Liability
- Damages: Zinokart is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services.
Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: All content on the app, including text, graphics, logos, videos, images, and software, is the property of Zinokart or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

- Data Protection: Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the app, you consent to our data practices as described.

- Access Termination: Zinokart reserves the right to terminate your access to the app or services at any time for any reason.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Modifications: Zinokart may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Compliance with IT Act
- Electronic Records: Under the IT Act, electronic records and digital signatures are legally recognized.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that violate the IT Act, such as unauthorized access to systems, transmission of malware, identity theft, publishing obscene material, or violating intellectual property laws.
- Cooperation with Authorities: Zinokart reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in response to any violations.
Delivery and Cancellation
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion if there is a change in the delivery location, without any refund.
- Delivery Instructions: You must provide accurate delivery instructions. Failure to accept delivery due to inadequate instructions will result in the goods being deemed delivered, and no refund will be provided.
- Risk Transfer: Our responsibility ends once your order is delivered.
Payment Security
- Card Details: You must provide true and accurate credit/debit card details and are responsible for their security. We disclaim liability for any unauthorized use of your card.
Prohibited Activities on the Platform
- Illegal Use: Using the websites for any illegal purpose.
- Infringement: Posting content that infringes on intellectual property or other rights.
- Inappropriate Content: Posting unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or abusive content.
- Cyberbullying: Posting content that constitutes cyberbullying.
- Risky Behaviour: Posting content depicting dangerous or life-threatening behaviour.

- Spam: Posting content that constitutes spam.

- Information Harvesting: Collecting information about others without consent.

- Restrictive Conduct: Engaging in conduct that restricts others from using the websites.
Enforcement
- Investigation: We may investigate and take action against any prohibited activities.
- Content Removal: We may remove offensive, illegal, or disruptive content.
- Access Termination: We may terminate your access to the websites for any breach of these terms.

- Order Payment: Ensure sufficient funds are available for order payment. We are responsible for payments, refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations in accordance with these terms.
Account Deletion
- Menu Access: From within the Zinokart application, access the menu.
- Profile: Go to the profile section.
- Delete Account: Choose the option to delete the account.
- Confirmation: Click "Yes" to confirm account deletion. This action is permanent, and all data will be lost.
Order Cancellation by Zinokart
- Cancellation Rights: Zinokart can cancel any order at any time due to unavailability of products, location issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Shipping Policy
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary with each Seller. Sellers may charge a nominal fee for low-value items to offset logistics costs. Check your order summary for specific delivery charges.
For products listed Zinokart, a delivery charge of Rs 40 per item may be applied if the order value is less than Rs 500. Orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of 30 mins to 48 hours?

The delivery date might not align with the specified timeline if the Seller or our delivery partners have a holiday between your order placement and the delivery date. Some delivery partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays, which is factored into the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. The estimated delivery time depends on:
- The Seller offering the product
- Product availability with the Seller
- The destination of your order and the location of the Seller
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Sellers on Zinokart?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Zinokart. The listed prices are final and all-inclusive. Delivery charges, if any, are specified separately depending on the Seller's shipping policy.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each Seller?
Delivery times vary due to product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination, and the delivery partner's delivery time. Enter your default pin code on the product page for more accurate delivery times.
Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Enter your pin code on the product page to check delivery availability. Whether your location can be serviced depends on:
- The Seller's shipping policy
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
- Availability of reliable delivery partners in your location
Sellers may choose not to ship to certain locations at their discretion.
Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
Cash on Delivery (CoD) availability depends on the delivery partner's ability to accept cash at your location. Enter your pin code on the product page to check CoD availability.
I need to return an item. How do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible, Zinokart support team will assist to facilitate the pick-up. If not, you can return the item through a third-party delivery service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.
I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.
If you did not receive the product but received a delivery confirmation, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for investigation.
What do the different tags like "In Stock" and "Available" mean?
- In Stock: Items are available and will be delivered based on your location pin code.
- Available: Items can be procured when an order is placed.
- Preorder/Forthcoming: Items can be pre-booked and will be shipped upon release.
- Out of Stock: Items are currently unavailable.
- Imported: Items sourced from outside India may take longer to deliver.
- Back In Stock Soon: Popular items sold out but can be booked for future delivery.
- Temporarily Unavailable: Items are currently out of stock but may be available soon.
- Permanently Discontinued: Items are obsolete and no longer available.
- Out of Print: Items are no longer being published and are permanently discontinued.
Does Zinokart deliver internationally?
Currently, Zinokart doesn't deliver items internationally. You can make purchases from anywhere in the world using credit/debit cards issued in India other countries, but the delivery address must be in India.
